My mission is to help individuals become stronger and healthier, so they can do what they love with more joy and less pain.
I take a holistic approach to training, with a focus on improving posture and overall body alignment. By integrating modalities like strength training, mobility exercises, yoga, and nutrition, I tailor each program to help you transform into the best version of yourself—empowered, confident, and pain-free.
